Rhonda Montgomery Bsc Hons, PgDip MIFST:
Rhonda has served many years dedicated to food manufacture, catering and retail and holds a Bsc Hons Degree in Food supply Management, HND Food Supply Management and PgDip in Training & Development. Rhonda has worked in several areas of the food industry as a Technical Manager, Factory Manager and Production manager roles. Rhonda is a registered trainer with CIEH and holds professional memberships with CIEH, Institute of Food Science & Technology and is board member of CIEH NI regional board and a SALSA mentor.
Rhonda is Director and principal trainer and consultant within the company. Rhonda develops the business around customer needs and is regularly adding to her portfolio of success.
Rhonda delivers all training courses in the business, consultancy, mentoring, auditing services, interim technical support packages and food nutritional analysing services.
Rhonda is well known for her practical approach in food safety and quality and for her knowledge both as a trainer and consultant. She has advised numerous companies in all sectors of the food industry in setting up, maintaining and improving food safety and quality management systems. She specialises in BRC, Tesco TFMS, SALSA and ISO 22000 in food manufacture and specialises in additional Irish Republic Standards: NSAI IS 340:2007 in catering and NSAI IS: 341: 2007 in retail and wholesale and National Q Marks in EIQA Quality Standard and Hygiene & Food Safety.
Rhonda has an exemplary record to date and has achieved success in gaining accreditation for food companies, solving problems for food companies and helping companies with continuous improvement.
Mary has served many years dedicated to food manufacturing sector and holds a HND in Food Technology. Mary has worked as a Technical Manager in various companies and has a great deal of knowledge and experience gained in BRC and Tesco TFMS over the years. She was involved in major project this year setting up a brand new food safety system and Quality Management system for BRC accreditation in a new factory facility this year and gained an A grade first time.
Mary is new to the team and she assists Rhonda with various projects associated with HACCP and QMS in BRC projects. She also has experience in cleaning and hygiene and carries out several audits for Rhonda at TFMS hygiene standards both pre-operational and methodology style audits.
Niamh joined the company this year as year placement student and has been brought on board to assist with our new service ‘Nutritional Analysing’ for food companies. Niamh is studying at Loughry in Food Nutrition and she provides customers with nutritional data, calorie counts, traffic lights and food labels. Niamh has also gained various experiences with us this year in BRC preparation for audit and has proven to be great asset to the company.
